Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance of the falls and the park entrance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the hotel could use an upgrade. The service is top-notch with helpful arrangements for park visits. The proximity to key attractions makes this hotel a great choice.
The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Waterfall and Birds parks, just a short walk away while offering a serene setting where you can even catch a glimpse of the stars. The rooms, although small and somewhat dated, maintain the same style as the rest of the hotel. The service fell short with lapses in informing guests about nearby attractions and unfixed maintenance issues during our stay, adding to the disappointment of dried-out chicken breast. On the bright side, its proximity to the Iguazu Falls entrance provides an uncrowded experience of the waterfalls. The dining options were somewhat lacking, although the selection was better than in many other South American hotels, with a few shortcomings like the absence of yogurts that my wife missed. The facilities offer what is needed but could use a bit of improvement, maybe with a more varied dining menu.
The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, making up for some deficiencies in the rooms. The staff is friendly but had some service lapses. The dining experience was okay, offering a variety of options. The facilities were decent, and it provides good value for money.
